Inventory should reference approved files from src

During execution (sometimes), the inventory.properties contents get re-referenced to a copy of the source files in a bin folder.

This is a bug in the new inventory functionality of ApproveJ, which was only just introduced in v1.3.
The inventory file will contain wrong paths to approved files and make unjustified changes to the file, leading to diffs like this:

Workaround:

1. Deactivate the inventory feature by adding this line to your approvej.properties:

   inventoryEnabled = false

2. Delete the inventory file:

   rm .approvej/inventory.properties

Actually this is a bigger issue. Approved files are sometimes put in the wrong place and the inventory is actually correct.

With the merged fix, this should no longer happen. There's now a proper handling in case the test source file was found in multiple places. Release v1.3.1 will ship this fix.
