Use of Docker Hub images when using docker for running benchmarks #196

In order to reduce the docker build time and for efficient reproducibility, it might be good to:

  1. Upload the stable docker images to Docker Hub.
  2. Support the usage of these docker images in scripts when --docker option is enabled when running a benchmark.
