Angular version

The angular version in the bower dependencies should be updated.
The current version is 1.3.6 and the version in the bower.json is 1.2.9

It only tested with 1.2.x but should also work with 1.3 haven't tested it - did you test it with 1.3

Yes, it works with version 1.3, only thing that's annoying is that bower asks for angular version on bower install
