'challenge' field

For some reason, I'm unable to get this working. On the server side, I'm hitting https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify with my secret key and the value of recaptcha.challenge and getting back the error message invalid-input-response. Am I not supposed to be using the challenge field? I've noticed that no matter what input I use for a captcha, the value of the challenge field stays the same, so something is not right.

I also had some problems. now i use recaptcha for node on the server side and it works fine.

btw. I think it's something about permissions. did you try to send captcha.challenge, captcha.response and remoteip?

We finally use google captcha V2 :)

Hi,

In order to make the server validation works with google captcha v1, you have to call the following API:

http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api

The parameters list are:

privatekey
remoteip
challenge
response

Example using C#:
