[Dataset Information] Document the RF100 dataset collection #243
Description
Current Situation
The 39 RF100 datasets are currently grouped in 5 arbitrary collections.
Those collections follow the separated context from the RF organization, but there is no way to have an overview of all dataset topics and characteristics for the end user.
No one can answer the question "Is there is a photovoltaic dataset in {torchvision}" without opening each and every collection and interpret the dataset short name
Expected Situation
Provide a data-frame documenting each and every dataset in collections for content, image size, length, splits availability, ...
