[feature request] readyForBilling should not be true if card has failed #18

I'm currently setting this up with events my self, but you should save failed attempts in a column on the users table.

Having readyForBilling() return true if the card keeps failing is counterintuitive.

Also hasFailedPayment() would be nice so you can display an alert in views and or have custom logic for that case.
