Configuration Improvements #9
Description
- Add configuration options to the scripts_config.json so that any script can be marked as disabled. This way, rusty-hooks can watch every path indicated by the configuration file except for those whose corresponding scripts are disabled. Eliminate watch path as a cli arg once this is done.
- Add scripts folder as a cli arg, since it should be possible to have this located anywhere the user likes.
