Add packaging logic for GObject introspection data in mmpack-build #5

GObject Introspection is a facility to create bindings in many languages provided in glib based project

GTK, GStreamer among other provides this facility for their python bindings.

We just have to recognize the different files, know where to package tthem and establish the needed dependencies to the exposed shared library
