UI to edit the email content

The emails are created by combining a data object with the relevant information with a Razor view. First it tries to load the Razor view from the database, and it is not there it will use a default view stored in a resource file in the System.Deploy.Data DLL. So while alternate content can be included by storing a different view in the database, there is not UI to administrators to do this yet.
