Describe the bug
Adding an UI Effect with Color Filter with the "Color Glow" option enabled and setting the intensity to 0 still affects the target image.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add UI Effect with Color Filter: Multiply or Additive, set a random color and set Intensity to 0
Enable "Color Glow"
The Image is different than before
Expected behavior
With a Color Intensity of 0 the image should look like the original.
