Description
when i convert my agilent .d folder to mzml using msconvert i get a 15gb file and when I write it to mzml using psims I get an mzml file of like 600 MB , the spectrums somewhat seems similar according to the format in the 15gb file and the raw .d folder, maybe somethings are filtered or removed I had set centroiding and other things with true bool to false so the size did increase by a few MB but not that much
