Change how we reference maintainers in the README

The current way the project references the maintainers and creators sounds way personalist, IMHO.

I've recently run into https://github.com/all-contributors/all-contributors and I'm thinking about applying it here in order to make all contributors as visible.

@amureki and @timjklein36 if you have other tools to achieve similar results, let me know and I'll be happy to take a look at them. But I feel moving away from such type of readme would be important to make the project more attractive to collaborations.

@berinhard definitely agree with the point!

I am not sure if I like this tool (I find it quite overwhelming to have a long list of avatars in the project readme, which I want to keep as a brief setup/documentation entry whenever someone checks out the README file from the source code or for the sake of current AI hype).

I was wondering if this tool can do a list without avatars or can do it in a separate file, but their website is down with 522 right now. :(

Also, GitHub is doing not a bad job here: https://github.com/model-bakers/model_bakery/graphs/contributors (with a small caveat that we don't have all prior contributions made to the initial package).

Another option that I'd be happy with is just dropping the current maintainers list completely; it is not necessarily such useful/important information to be in the README file and can be obtained by other means (checking contribution graphs or recent commits).
