Start MPS using gradle

When using this gradle plugin we gather all information required to start an instance of MPS which is downloaded by gradle during build. We could bundle features implemented in the `mpsZookeeper` https://github.com/nkoester/mps-zookeeper into the gradle plugin to allow eg.:

```
./gradlew startMPS
```
