The use of this software and all materials is restricted to parties who have an
active development contract with Modernistik LLC, and all active Modernistik LLC
personnel - both employees and sub-contractors. Requires special agreement for commercial use.
For a commercial use license, please review your Modernistik client agreement document.

This Modernistik LLC software is supplied to you by Modernistik LLC
("Modernistik") in consideration of your agreement to the following
terms, and your use and installation, of this Modernistik software
constitutes acceptance of these terms.  If you do not agree with these terms,
please do not use, install, modify or redistribute this Modernistik software.

In consideration of your agreement to abide by the following terms, and
subject to these terms, Modernistik grants you a personal, non-commercial use, non-exclusive
license, under Modernistik's copyrights, based on the signed client agreement,
in this original Modernistik software (the "Modernistik Software"), to use the
Modernistik Software, without modifications, in source and/or binary forms;
provided that if you redistribute the Modernistik Software in its entirety
and without modifications, you must retain this notice and the following text
and disclaimers in all such redistributions of the Modernistik Software.

Neither the name, trademarks, service marks or logos of Modernistik LLC may
be used to endorse or promote products derived from the Modernistik Software
without specific prior written permission from Modernistik.  Except as
expressly stated in this notice, no other rights or licenses, express or
implied, are granted by Modernistik herein, including but not limited to any
patent rights that may be infringed by your derivative works or by other
