acf_get_field_group_id() is missing from ACF Pro v5.9.3

I've just downloaded [v5.9.3](https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/changelog/) and [`acf_get_field_group_id`](https://github.com/moderntribe/tribe-libs/blob/1d7dd2ff43cb45467c0c4aef6ba4ccb04f4f4502/src/Generators/Meta_Importer.php#L222) cannot be found in the source code.
Please advise.
