When using Quickstart Buttons, sometimes I first hovered over a field that has a tooltip description and then over one that hasn't one. The consequence is that the description of the first field is shown for the second one. To verify this behavior, edit a button's link, hover over the additional properties field and then over the namespace field. Maybe it's better to give all fields a description, even if it's an empty one.

This might depend on the OS, the browser, etc. In my case it's Windows 10 (Fall Creators Update) and Firefox Developer Edition 60.0b2 (64-Bit). I didn't test it in other browsers yet, but the OS/browser combination is quite common (I don't think this only occurs in the Developer Edition), so that should be enough to consider adding descriptions for the fields that don't yet have one.
