Related to #72

Migrating to Python 3 on GAE might be possible.

Datastore/Firebase access is coming via https://github.com/potatolondon/django-gcloud-connectors
All other AppEngine specific APIs have been removed, with varying levels of support: https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python3/python-differences
- There are still features that are missing (local dev emulation, for example)
- There are also features that won't ever be implemented, e.g. the users API

This might actually take as much effort as #72
