問題:
「🥰」とかが表示されない

https://emojipedia.org/smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes-and-three-hearts/
によると、去年のUnicode 11.0に入った新しい絵文字らしく、OSをアップデートしないと見られない場合があるらしい。

対策:

代替画像やWebFont等を用意する
OSをアップデートしてもらう
