Expose IncQuery HawkScope through IncQuery UI

We should add an extension to the IncQuery integration plugin so the IncQuery Explorer view will use a HawkScope when we use the "play" button on a HawkResource implementation.

This would make the HawkScope useful for general users of IncQuery and Hawk, instead of just developers using the Train Benchmark.
