Ghost switches / Plus Series

Hi,

it looks I have a unique issue, as I haven't seen anyone else reporting this before.

In the Plus series relais (1PM and 2PM), I can regularly observe ghost switches. These are visible in HomeKit and also in the Shelly UI. They disappear immediately after restart, but appear again in the shelly's without any specific reason after few hours, days or even weeks.

I don't see anything unusual in the logs taken from the device which I analysed today.

Addon detection seems to be shaky. This is only done when Shelly reboots. Why does it reboot in the first place?
