Nonlinear ODE - Variational LFM docs not working #7

When trying to run through the notebook for the predator-prey example (Lotka Volterra), the code does not run. Having altered the code to make it work it ends up training but does not produce good results. I have tried to modify some ODE-based TranscriptionalLFM on toy datasets and are faced with the same issue. Is the functionality here depricated?
Trying to use this for my dissertation with UCL's Statistical Machine Learning Group and this seems to be one of very few packages with the desired functionality. Would be highly appreciated if there would be a way to resolve this :)
