Hotspot Block - Using the edit point dialog escapes HTML

If you attempt to add HTML via the Edit Point dialog box, any inserted HTML is escaped do does not work.

Here's a screenshot showing the issue:

On a secondary point, are there plans to add inserting or blocks directly into the popup content. This would be extremely useful and simplify adding things like buttons or more dynamic content.
