These 3 basemap options don't load for Basemap Provider (all else do):

  • ESRI NatGeo
  • ESRI Ocean Basemap
  • ESRI World Terrain

They are working for me. Can you try one more time to see if they will cause problems again? One possibility is that the API key had reached its limit when you were testing this out.
