Document how to manipulate user properties

Need to document (or link to from readme) how to manipulate user properties in the database. e.g. isAdmin – great to know you have to flip that in the DB to allow users to be admins, and what privileges that gives them.

Maybe just a bit in the readme on what the important options are. I would
say Wiki, but probably overkill in this instance.
