Good morning

I have a question about the scale in dxf files.
create a dxf file. It is a circle with a diameter of 1000 mm. In order for the whole drawing to fit in the frame, the program automatically gives it a scale, but the dimensions are the same as in the original and this is indicated in the scale table in the lower right corner
after exporting the file to dxf, the scale in the table is 1: 1 the dimensions are original and the actual dimensions are reduced by the scale.
My question is whether in the dxf file there is information about what value was used for scaling?
