Can i get the Constraint Data?

First, I specified constrain in AutoCAD and saved it as a dxf file. (I drew a triangle simply for the test)

but i don'k now how to get constraint data. Can i get the constraint data? How?

I have read related docs but i didn't found.

I also checked code and value using lldxf.tragger.ascii_tags_loader but target entity handle is not visible. For example is below.
