Import/export state to external provider #45
Description
Find a suitable provider for storing the state data.
What we need:
- user hits the export button
- state data is stored "somewhere, somehow".
- Either JS or service return a key (10-15 chars should be enough) that can be used to later retrieve the stored data. This key should also be used as an url parameter
