We need to be able to curate IMPC publications that are deposited in bioRxiv in the publication tool. We also need the ability to export the bioRxiv curated publications in order for us to upload to the bioRxiv channel

There is a newly created IMPC channel on the bioRxiv site. We need to populate it with IMPC related publications that are in bioRxiv. The way to do this is to either manually add the doi numbers of those publications, or upload a CSV file containing those doi numbers.

Requirements:

  1. The IMPC literature curation app that helps us track IMPC papers in the published literature can be expanded to look for pre-published papers in the bioRxiv site.
  2. A functionality to create a CSV file, containing the doi numbers of the papers, can be added.

CSV file format (from testing the CSV file import functionality in the bioRxiv channel):
It is a one column file containing the last two numbers of the doi number.
Example: for this paper https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/844092v1, with https://doi.org/10.1101/844092, it will be:

10.1101/844092
