Making http-proxy option also set same proxy for yt-dl?

Hi!

I think, it can be good idea to automatically set ytdl-raw-option "proxy" to same value that user passed to http-proxy option (whether it be on command line or in config).

Now, if you want to get it to work properly (for example, in case of banned youtube), you need to pass both:

$ mpv --http-proxy='http://....' --ytdl-raw-options=proxy="http://...." https://youtu.be/URL

(either of them missing, leads to different errors)

I think, making auto-passing will greatly increase UX.

But I'm not sure if I should post it as issue, so I posting this as idea on discussions.

How do you think?
