Command line help request

Here's the question: can someone help me figure out how to enable debugging mode via command line and use the "CONNECT_TIMEOUT" variable to set it to 5 seconds?

Here's some background:

• Blue Iris (latest version, under maintenance), 12 Wyze cameras (mix of v2 & v3), VM running Blue Iris, VM running Server 2022 & docker desktop
• I know how to spell docker so total n00b, and am so appreciative of the 'it just works' mentality with this, thank you! I've pieced together a solution
• I have been using RTSP firmware on all cameras, and it was a rare miracle when all cameras were 'up' and visible with the firmware, now with the docker all cameras are 'up' 93ish% of the time. Almost always, after the 15 second timeout they come back online.
• When the docker VM starts (running Server 2022) with docker desktop, a bat file runs with a 60 second timer and then this: docker run -p 8554:8554 -p 8888:8888 -p 5000:5000 -e WYZE_EMAIL=EMAILADDRESS -e WYZE_PASSWORD=PASSWORD mrlt8/wyze-bridge
• I can't seem to find any documentation on which command line parameters to feed my bat file to enable debugging mode and then be able to change the CONNECT_TIMEOUT variable to something other than 15 seconds.
