I see this is a quillnote fork, so Please integrate the settings so you can backup and restore

Amazing app. So far my favorite note app on F-Droid. I would like to stress the point of backup/sync possibility. This is the only critical feature I miss in this app. Best would be to have a defined folder, where the data is to sync this folder and in case of restoring, this data can be imported and restored e.g. on another phone.
