Maps CapsLock to Esc.
Especially useful in Vim and Vim-like editors. Also useful with Vimium (a Firefox extension) and Vimium (a Chrome extension).
If you need to toggle CapsLock, hold Right Ctrl and press CapsLock. I don't recall ever needing this.
