10 - Screw Terminal Block 2 pins / 3.5mm pitch (other combinations should work)
4 - 4 pin JST-PH 2.0 mm pitch Vertical through hole conn
1 - 5 pin JST-PH 2.0 mm pitch Vertical through hole conn
1 - 2 x 10 2.54 mm pitch Pin header vertical type (2 individual 10 pin ones will work)
1 - 2 x 1 2.54 mm pitch Pin header vertical type
2 - 4 pin JST-SH 1.0 mm pitch Vertical surface mount conn
5 - 330 ohm Resistor 0805 SMD type
2 - 4.7k ohm Capacitor 0805 SMD type
