[Crash Report] Common_setup Portal Staff Crash, likely compatibility related

Hi! Decided I'd give this mod a shot in a larger nostalgia modpack, but quickly ran into an issue. I've got no idea which mod specifically causes this interaction with Mo' Creatures, but it will cause itself and other mods to be unable to properly register during common_setup, resulting in a crash. I know it's this mod specifically as removing it will prevent the crash and errors from occurring.

Alright, did a binary search today to try and pin down the exact issue. It seems like the issue isn't even with another mod-- it's with NeoForge itself. This was tested on 47.1.106, and even with only Mo' Creatures and it still had the same crash-- but with Forge 47.4.0, it starts up just fine.

Hey this seems to be an issue with cross-compatibility throughout Forge & NeoForge.

The mod is developed under a Forge runtime, so NeoForge isn't necessarily considered to be supported. I don't mind looking into it in the future if it's not too much of a complicated fix. For now though, I can only suggest playing through Forge.
