Description with steps to reproduce

  1. A score featuring a solo instrument with a dedicated staff, accompanied by a piano part on a grand staff below.
  2. Annotated Roman numeral labels below the grand staff (sometimes in the middle, below the right hand staff if there are rests in the left hand staff)
  3. Export file to MusicXML
  4. Chord labels end up snapping to the first beat of the measure (or disappear entirely in some cases). See attached photo.

Additional context

I read in #23240 that some other folks are encountering a similar issue. However, I've seen nothing regarding the labels relocating to the first beat of the measure.

This causes problems for me as I'm creating a data frame with chord labels and their corresponding onset/offset times. This error causes all the chords in said measure to be zero-duration, that is, the onset and offset times are equal. It occurs randomly across most the files in my dataset.
