Add a function to the libMVRgdtf to return the version of the libMVRgdtf. Probably return integers as Major, Minor, Patch

I attended the GDTF-Share monthly interfacing meeting via Zoom last week.
I asked for a feature to be added to report back the GDTF version of a loaded GDTF file.
I'm not sure whether this GitHub feature request was as a result of my request, and has been miscommunicated?

If this is a separate feature request to what I asked for, I can create a new feature request - to return the version of GDTF that a GDTF file was made from - either as a string or as three seprate ints (or both maybe?)

i was on vacation so i missed the meeting, but i suggest that you open a new issue, and request the GDTF DataVersion field to be returned.
