Excel File corrupted

when we upload XLSX file using getSignedUrl putObject then it uploaded successfully in s3 Bucket

}.
but we use getObject to genrate URL time based. file is downloaded when the file is open then corrupted
abc (4).xlsx
we get same problem with image also.
Please suggest if any solution. it's very helpfull for me
