mtbseq-nf succesful - update

Just an update from my side...
I followed the instructions and created the environment using the setup_conda_envs.sh script.
After activation I could run the pipeline using: MTB step --full
Since this environment has openjdk8 the <nextflow run main.nf -profile standard,conda> command does not work since Nextfow itself requires a recent version of Java.
Works nonetheless...but without Nextflow at this time I guess.
