get_running_tasks_by_group(group_id, task_type=all)

SDK admin users can learn the current running tasks by a specified group.

It takes parameters, group_id and task_type.

The return contains a list of running tasks, task_type, owner of tasks, each occupied resources and the sum of occupied resources.
