MyParcel settings show a section "Default PostNL drop off point". But there is no way to set anything there, and there is no explanation (AFAIK) of what the setting does.
There is link to pick the drop off point in the backoffice (https://backoffice.myparcel.nl/shipments/retail-overview?carrier=1), but that page just shows available drop off points. There is nothing to pick.
