What went wrong?

After placing an order with the delivery option 'Pick up' you need to export the order to MyParcel. This does not yet work as it should.

It currently only works in the order overview if you have added MyParcel to the table. If you click export here, the order with the correct choice (pick up) will be exported.

Only if you open the order and export it from the shipping options, the order will be exported as if the order simply has to be sent to the customer and not to a pick-up point.

The order does show that the customer has chosen to pick up. However, no further information can be seen here, including which parcel point. Nothing can be seen about this in the shipping options either.

Reproduction steps

  1. Place order with delivery option 'Pick up'
  2. Click on the order in the backend
  3. Export order to MyParcel

We recently discovered this issue as well, and it’s on our planning. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with any details yet about when this ticket will be addressed. However, please know that we’re aware of it and are keen to resolve the problem.

We are also waiting for a fix for this. Reported the issue on 11/11/24 to MyParcelBE support.

Thanks for confirming a fix is in progress :)

In addition: This bug applies to both normal and small packages.

This also applies if you change the shipment to small package via the order overview. Then it loses the pickup option.

@christiantraets Thank you for the addition.
We were indeed aware of this issue, and it’s noted in the ticket. It’s certainly frustrating, but for now, I think the best approach is to work directly from the orders overview rather than within the individual order.
