Time window to migrate from v035.0 to v1.0.0

Hello Everyone,

since iroh is a huge benefit to us we have currently already deployed software based on your v0.35.0 to our users and intend to eventually migrate them smoothly to your v1.0.0 by enabling our clients to connect via both versions before we bump the server iroh version to v1.0.0. We are usually maintaining a rather long compatibility window of one year.

Therefore, I would like to ask how long to you intend to run your v.0.35.0 relays after you have releases v1.0.0?

Furthermore, will iroh dns also have a wire compatibility break from v.0.35.0 to v.1.0.0?

It would be great if you intend to keep the v.0.35.0 relays (and possibly also the v.0.35.0 dns servers) running for a year or at least six months after releasing v1.0.0. Otherwise we would have to run our own relays and possible dns infra to allow for a smooth migration.
