When running the action there is an error
`+ install_binary

  • go get github.com/honeycombio/honeymarker
    golang.org/x/sys/unix
    /go/src/golang.org/x/sys/unix/syscall.go:83:7: undefined: unsafe.Slice
    /go/src/golang.org/x/sys/unix/syscall_unix.go:118:7: undefined: unsafe.Slice
    /go/src/golang.org/x/sys/unix/sysvshm_unix.go:33:7: undefined: unsafe.Slice`

after trying manually go get the error is clearer
go get github.com/honeycombio/honeymarker go: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory. 'go get' is no longer supported outside a module. To build and install a command, use 'go install' with a version, like 'go install example.com/cmd@latest' For more information, see https://golang.org/doc/go-get-install-deprecation or run 'go help get' or 'go help install'.
