[Feature Request] SquatGrow as a Boots Enchantment

Feature Description

Hi, I was fooling around with stuff in one of my custom SP worlds this morning and I started to wonder if it would be possible to add a config option that makes SquatGrow an enchantment for boots. I can think of a handful of scenarios where you might not want to accidentally trigger SquatGrow (even on blocks you normally have whitelisted), so if it was a Boots Enchantment, that'd be pretty cool and helpful.
