Feature Description

Config Update: The ability to set any item as the required item when using Squat Grow, so rather than a boolean for "requireHoe" it'd be "requireItem" and then you'd do something like modname:itemname.
Config Update: Player whitelist/blacklist. Make it so only certain players have access.
