Change "show running-config" to "show running-config view full" for cisco IOS

When using custom privileges in IOS, the only way to give a "read only" user the ability to look at the running config of a switch is to give the ability to run the "show running-config view full" command. The standard "show running-config" command will rely on them having access to edit each part of the config they are allowed to see.

I have altered the "show running-config" command to use "show running-config view full" so that I can have a napalm user configured for Netbox that only requires read access to be able to view the config within the netbox-napalm plugin.
