Exo code joint definitions and naming #13

Add Exo_Joint #definition to specify the following cases: ankle only, knee only, or knee and ankle joints.

Consider renaming existing parameters Left_Leg, Right_Leg to Left_Ankle and Right_Ankle, etc.

Add "For loop" structure for commands relevant to each joint, like reading in torque sensors, and applying torque.
