Properties file should be reloaded along with accounts file #37
Description
As a ServerAccess developer,
I want to reload serveraccess.properties file quickly
In order to get fast feedback on changes in this file
Right now, this file is being loaded only once, when application starts. But when I experiment with different options, I have to close and open application on each change in config file. It's too tedious. I'd like to have this file reloaded when I press "Reload Accounts" button.
Maybe we also need to rename caption of this button to reflect new responsibility. I think, "Reconfigure" may be ok.
