HTTP accounts get broken after being idle

When you don't use SA for a while and then try to open an HTTP account, you find your browser window opened instantly. Browser would not open the link. Telnet can connect to opened port on localhost, but it hangs when you try to type anything.
The button "Reload accounts" cures the issue for another period of time.

Please let me know whether this problem reproduces on the newest SA (0.11-8 and later). In #50 we've implemented displaying of open connections list. This feature may help a lot in debugging current problem.
