CPU utilization is getting high on aws due to the server getting low on instance ubuntu@hi.navgurukul.org
Research why this happening and how to prevent

spend time exploring how to check CPU past data on AWS And learn docker that can set Ghar project that is running in pm2 server currently

explore and watch some videos and read some content on how to check current CPU utilization also with some packages we can check history based on the date

fixed the server issues also resolved the docker issue and setup successfully docker in both dev and in prod Tested the changes as well
